What Is Nitro 2.0 Kids Conference?

NITRO 2.0 is an annual weekend gathering for kids in 3rd – 5th grade to come together from many different churches, creating a unique environment where kids can experience God in a way they’ll never forget. Nitro 2.0 will be filled with crazy fun activities, inflatables, live worship, powerful altar times and so much more. This will truly be an experience that will not only challenge your students’ lives, but our heart is that it would compliment, inspire, and challenge them as leaders in their generation.

Date, Cost & Registration:

  • Friday, March 15 – Saturday, March 16.
  • The cost for Nitro 2.0 is $70/student.
  • Registration is open from January 15 – March 1.

What to Bring

In packing remember less is more! We want you to have an amazing time and have all you need, but not have to worry about managing a ton of extra stuff. That being said please do not bring any electronics with you or any other valuables. Here is what we think you will need though:

  • Bible & notebook
  • PJs & change of clothes
  • Toothbrush & toothpaste, along with any other necessary toiletries
  • Sack dinner for Friday
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • Money for any merchandise you’d like to purchase at the conference. T-shirts are available for purchase at the conference (for $12). *Please note that all students are responsible for their own spending money.

 

 

Nitro 2.0 Timeline

Check in begins BCA at 5 PM on Friday, March 15

5:30pm: Shuttles leave BCA
You will leave all your overnight items at BCA, but you’ll want a bag to take with you to the conference with your bible, a notebook, sweatshirt, etc.

Bring your sack dinner!
We’ll be eating on the shuttles on the way down.
A snack will be provided for on the way home.
6:30pm: Arrive at Nitro 2.0 location
Check in, then enjoy activities and games until service begins at 7 PM.
7:00pm: Session 1 begins
High energy games, live worship, and incredible teachings. Session should last until about 8:30 PM and we aim to be on the road back to BCA by 9:00 PM. En route home, students will receive a late night snack to hold them over until breakfast.
9:30pm: Arrive at BCA
Students will be divided up into 4 rooms by age and grade and will have at least 2 leaders per room. (This may vary slightly based on registration numbers.)
10:30pm: Lights out
6:45am: Breakfast at BCA
We have a team of BCA moms that will arrive at the church on Saturday morning to set up breakfast for us in the café.
7:45am: Depart for conference
8:45am: Arrival
9:00am: First session
10:30am: Party/Lunch
12:30pm: Second session
2:00pm: Dismissal
2:30pm: Depart for BCA
3:30pm: Arrive at BCA
