As you read through the Proverbs, I urge you to reflect, pray, and apply these devotional bits of encouragement and wisdom to your own life.
God is for you.
He is with you. He lives in you. And He will protect you. But we must follow Him. Place our trust in Him. And live for Him. When we submit to the leadership of Christ in our life, God says He will guide us and guard us. Guide us into truth. Guard our hearts and minds against harm and our steps from evil. Believing and following Christ means more than mere intellectual assent. It means total surrender and true devotion. It means to make Him Lord and our primary priority. I’m not sure any of us get there entirely, but let’s all grow in our complete devotion to Christ. Blessings await those who do.
