Join me in a study on the Proverbs: God’s Wisdom for Today. As you read through the Proverbs, I urge you to reflect, pray, and apply these devotional bits of encouragement and wisdom to your own life. Today, we study and reflect on Proverbs 28.

Reflection
Keep Encouraged. Friends, don’t get weary in well doing. There’s a lot in life that can weigh you down and wear you out. Keep encouraged. Keep working hard to be a blessing. Trust in God. Receive His wisdom and strength. Pursue righteousness. Honor God. Obey His commandments. Love others. Show compassion. Be empathetic. Jesus said you are blessed/happy if you pursue righteousness. Do the right thing in God’s eyes. Be the right person in God’s eyes. Speak, act, think, love, live, encourage others as unto the Lord. Don’t lose sight of the fact that this life is fickle, uncertain, sketchy, and disappointing at times. But God, and His love and mission for you, is certain, sure, good, vital, and will result in His blessings in this life and the life to come, in ways that we can’t even totally know. So stay on course. Keep loving, living, and leading like Jesus. He will reward you for faithfulness. You will one day hear those amazing words, “well done.” Be encouraged today!
“The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.” – Proverbs 28:1
