In chapter 6 of his letter to the Galatians, Paul encourages us to love and support those around us: “Reach out to those who are oppressed. Share their burdens, and so complete Christ’s law… Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that … Let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good [rather] every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.”
Through a combination of volunteers passionate about helping others and well-sourced resources, we desire that our BCC Support Groups will help meet the emotional and spiritual needs of the people in our community.
