BCAConnect is being retired. F1Go is now your place to give, access your records, sign up for classes and events, and connect with your groups. Make the switch today.

Getting Started

  1. Create your BCA F1Go account and log in
  2. Add a profile photo and update your contact info
  3. Connect with your groups and classes
  4. Set up online giving
  5. Review your privacy settings
  6. Make sure you sign into your F1Go account from the BCA App from the Giving tab or the More tab at the bottom menu. You’ll be able to see your giving history and your group involvement

Did you already have a BCAConnect account?

No problem—just follow these steps:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email inbox and follow the reset instructions (follow instructions by using your newly assigned user name instead of your email address)
  • Log in with your new password

Having Trouble Logging In?

A few quick things to check:

  • Your username may be FirstName.LastName (e.g., John.Smith), and not your email
  • If your login isn’t recognized, try resetting your password or completing your account setup
  • Be sure to select “Sign In” (not “Give as Guest”)
  • Clear your browser cache if your old email/password keeps autofilling
  • Still stuck? You can still give by entering your name and email address. We’ll match your gift to your account so it appears in your giving history. Then you can contact us for help logging into your account.

Giving Made Easier

When you’re signed in:

  • You can save payment methods for faster giving
  • Your information will auto-fill at checkout
  • Special Note on Recurring Giving: Your recurring gift will continue as scheduled. At this time, F1Go primarily displays your giving history and does not allow you to manage or update recurring gifts directly within your account. To view or manage your recurring giving:
    • Go to the Giving page
    • Sign in using your F1Go account
    • Click on the “Scheduled Giving” tab
    • Please note: Only the head of household account can view household giving details.
    • You may not see some older recurring gift details (such as original setup date or initial commitment) if they were created in the previous system.
  • If you need help accessing or confirming any of your recurring giving details, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

If you’re not signed in:

  • You’ll need to enter payment details each time
  • Saved payment methods won’t appear

If something isn’t working, it usually means your account just needs to be reset or fully set up in the new system. Reach out to us—we’re happy to help.
