BCA Leadership College partners with Northwest University through the Northwest Partnership Program to offer students full accredited AA or BA degrees through NU while receiving hands-on leadership training right here at BCA.
Through the Leadership College (LC) program, students are enrolled in Northwest University online classes pursuing their AA or BA degree. Students also have the opportunity to earn two free NU credits by joining a BCA internship track, if that is something that their schedule allows. Below you will find the steps to follow if you are interested in applying for Leadership College.

Leadership College is a fully accredited program through a partnership with NU, which means that every student is eligible to use Financial Aid and Student Loans to cover the cost of the program. For additional information on Financial Aid and to apply you can visit www.fafsa.gov. LC students are eligible to use any scholarships that are awarded directly to the student. It is our desire that through grants, scholarships, and financial aid, students will graduate from Leadership College with a degree and minimal debt. The total cost of the program will be approximately $10,000/year.
We are very excited for our students to return to school this Fall! BCA has begun to offer an in-person service on Sunday mornings and has implemented many changes to keep everyone in attendance safe and healthy. As LC resumes, we will be following all of the CDC guidelines and will do everything we can to ensure a safe experience for students this Fall. Our internship meetings will all have hand sanitizer, physical distancing, and masks will be required. We will also offer Zoom meetings for anyone who is uncomfortable with attending in-person.
Once again, Leadership College will be starting school as planned in the Fall of 2020, and we will continue to be flexible as things change. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. We are looking forward to a great year!
